Elevate your breakfast or brunch with this creamy and flavorful omelette, packed with fresh spinach and juicy tomatoes. Seasoned with Jumbo Aroma All Purpose Seasoning and a touch of double cream, it's a delightful dish that's both satisfying and easy to make.

Ingredients
Eggs: 3 large eggs
Double cream: 3 tablespoons
Jumbo Aroma All Purpose Seasoning: 1 teaspoon
Black pepper: To taste
Onion: 1 small onion, cubed
Tomato: 1 medium tomato, chopped
Spinach: 1 cup fresh spinach leaves, washed
Oil or butter: 2 tablespoons oil or 1 knob of butter (for cooking)
Preparation
Step 1
In a bowl, cube the onions, then add 3 eggs, 3 tablespoons of double cream, a teaspoon of Jumbo Aroma seasoning, and black pepper. Mix well. Wash the spinach and tomatoes, and chop the tomatoes to your desired size (set aside).
Step 2
Heat 2 tablespoons of oil (or a knob of butter) in a pan. When the pan is warm, pour in the egg mixture. Let the edges set, then gently push the cooked parts towards the center to allow uncooked eggs to cook.
Step 3
Once the omelette has thickened and there’s no liquid egg left, add the spinach and tomatoes on one side. Fold the omelette in half and cook for another minute.
Step 4
Plate your omelette and enjoy!
